Experiment: success!

So, I'm all about trying new things. And as I was browsing through Pintrest, (AMAZING website, by the way) I saw this tutorial to make these decorative balls made out of string. Super cute, and so naturally, I wanted to try it. So Jessy and I set out to experiment. We got all the necessary supplies went for it. Glue, corn starch, and water made our glue, and then we dipped the yarn through it and wrapped the string around and around our balloons. We let them dry with some apprehension that they wouldn't come out; we decided on only making a few as a trial run. And the next day to our surprise when we popped our balloons, our trial run was a success!! I will definitely be revisiting this craft to make more so I can create a little collage of them to hang over my bed. I want to make a string of tiny ones for my dorm room too!

Hanging them to dry.

The finished product! :)
