So as I was browsing through Pintrest, I saw a picture of tie dyed
shorts...WHAT?! Now, I have at least 10 shirts that tie dyed that I have
either bought or made...hippie? Maybe. But I thought to myself, "I
could totally make that!" I went to Michael's and bought the kit to tie
dye and I foundreasonably priced shorts from TJ Maxx for $10.
I
decided to free dye these shorts instead of twisting and rubber
banding. I used a pencil to sketch where I wanted the colors to
separate, and I had at it. I didn't really have a plan except to cover
all the white and keep the colors from overlapping like crazy. And boom.
DIY tie dyed shorts.
